Dont hate urself you are special and there ppl that love u and care about you. I know is hard to beat depression but can do it. Your daughter needs you. For me what help to get out of depression what keep myself busy and find a therepist and god.

I’m really struggling with my mental health :-(
I came home from hospital (a psychiatric hospital) a bit over a week ago now. They let me come home because my mood had improved a little.
But now, back at home, the blackness is crashing in around me again.
My daughter is going to preschool 2 days a week now. That’s helping a little. It gives me some personal space.
